Expressing an Opinion-1-revised

Should students be dressed in the bound uniforms? Despite the fact that wearing uniforms is uncomfortable and airtight, I think that it’s necessary for the students to wear uniforms to attend school because by wearing uniforms can make it easier to identify their students conveniently. Furthermore, wearing uniforms can improve the security of campus for the drillmasters or teachers keeping their eyes peeled when they see the students who wear the school’s uniforms. Finally, wearing uniforms will make the students more cohesive. When the students behave well off campus, the uniforms will represent the honor of the school. Consequently, I strongly believe that the students should wear uniforms.

Disscusing effects-2

I am a member of a group of progressive residents that want Acton to change. There are several reasons why I advocate managing the factory on the town. First of all, it will be more jobs so that the residents can get a job easily and they can work near their home. Secondly, the benefits made form the factory can bring more public recreational facilities to the local. Thirdly, the natives can access to more people and learn more information form these new residents. In short, although the change at short notice may disturb some locals, I am still strongly on the same page of the operating of the factory.

Disscusing effects-1

The presence of global warming has several effects on society. First, the temperature continuously elevates, and outdoors become all the more difficult to humans. Moreover, the rise of sea level threatens some animals’ subsistence including human beings. And there will be less and less place for animals to perch. Third, the extinct of animals may affect the ecological balance that maintains our life. Consequently, we should not waste our precious energy sources, and do something subservient for Natural Mother lest it should counterattack.

contrasting-2_revised

I am hiring a new English instructor for my school, and I received two resumes from people applying for the job. Contrast two people, Debra has more education than Lynn. Besides, Debra is more experienced than Lynn in employment. But Lynn is excellent in Teaching Award 2004 while Debra isn’t awarded any prize. Additionally, Lynn is proficient in Spanish, French and Japanese, whereas Debra only masters French and swimming. After comparing with the two people, I decide to hire Lynn, for her outstanding language ability.

Comparing-3_revised

Comparing with the two movies I had seen, there were several similarities between them.  One was Hanna while the other was The Lovely Bones. Both of them starred the same heroine called Saoirse Ronan. Moreover, Hanna as well as The Lovely Bones was adapted from original novels. Last, the plot of Hanna was exciting and adventurous. Likewise, the circumstances of The Lovely Bones were thrilling and breathtaking. These two movies are so fascinating that they are really worth watching.

Discussing Cause-2

I have made an important decision to get married with someone I love. There are some reasons why I made this decision. First of all, after getting married, I can have someone to rely on when I get into trouble, and we can face all the difficulties in our life together. Second, after getting married, I can have someone earn money with me, and we can pursue our dreams, such as buying a house on our own. Third, after getting married, I can have someone to keep my company. When I feel sad, lonely, upset or anxious, my husband can listen to me and comfort me. To sum up, once I make up my mind, then I will persevere in my efforts.

Discussing Cause-1

There are several reasons why Michael Williams’ business failed. First of all, the location of the music store is not ideal. It’s located on a small street and it’s just 3 miles away from a shopping center that has two large music stores. As a result, Williams’ store is hard to be found and it's easy to be defeated by the other two large shops. Second, the category of the CDs sold in the store is less than other stores, so customers do not have enough option to choose. Third, the operating hours are too short, and the timing that the store opened is improper. When the store open, there are not many people have leisure time to shop for CDs. Last, Williams doesn’t make good use of money. He bought too many CDs at the first time, and he doesn’t consider whether the price of the CDs is appropriate or not. Moreover, Williams’ store is small, but he employs two sale clerks. Consequently, the cost of staffs and CDs bring Williams to his knee. In short, Williams should think twice before he decided to operate a music store lest the store should shut down.
